Official Warranty Policy

Warranty

All products sold by BST Store come with the following warranty coverage:

Certified renewed devices 3 months Hardware defects; excludes screen damage & water damage
Accessories (chargers, cases, earbuds) 7 days Dead on arrival / manufacturing defects only

To make a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp at +971 52 997 3359 with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo or video. We will respond within 24 hours.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the device is:

  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories
  • Not physically damaged, cracked, or water-damaged after delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp (+971 52 997 3359) with your order number. We will arrange collection or provide a return address. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Devices with physical damage caused after delivery
  • Accessories that have been opened and used
  • Devices with the IMEI/serial number removed or altered
Device Variants — Important Note

Some devices sold at BST Store are international variants (e.g. Hong Kong or Japan editions). These may differ from the UAE-spec version in terms of SIM configuration, warranty type, or pre-installed language. Any such differences are noted clearly on the product page. BST Store's own warranty applies to all devices regardless of variant.
